I am a software and industrial engineer, educator, product thinker, open learner, minimalist, and astronomy enthusiast.
I love building systems with purpose and breaking things to understand how they work. I'm driven by curiosity, self-guided learning, and complex challenges. I'm passionate about using technology to help organizations automate processes and unlock their real potential.
As a data-driven developer, I combine my background in process optimization and teaching with tools like Python, Power BI, and JavaScript to transform data into useful, actionable systems. I’ve taught courses like statistics, business intelligence, and process engineering—focusing on helping others understand, analyze, and communicate data effectively through storytelling and automation.
During my journey
I’ve created an astronomy website for a local organization featuring educational content, blog articles, and NASA's Image of the Day. I also built a custom AppSheet-based platform—extended with Google Apps Script—for a local business to manage inventory and sales. Another notable project is a lost-and-found dog web app that uses AI to match sightings (submitted through user photos) with reports of missing pets. Additionally, I’ve developed Python scripts for automating real estate data analysis, scraping information from public listings to estimate the value of land and buildings.
Now
I'm focused on sharpening my skills through freelance projects, formal software engineering studies, and self-initiated tools. I blend my background in teaching and process improvement with technologies like JavaScript, Git, Astro, and Python to build scalable, automation-ready web solutions.
